Areté Learning Trust has a well-established School Support Services Team, providing professional expertise and leadership across key operational areas including Finance, Human Resources, Estates, Marketing and Communications, Data and Insight, Governance and IT.

By delivering these services centrally, we reduce unnecessary operational burden and enable Headteachers and school leaders to focus on what matters most — leading learning, improving outcomes and raising standards in their schools. Our School Support Services Team works in close partnership with schools, providing responsive, high-quality support aligned to each school’s priorities and strategic aims.
